How long does it take for a dress to be made?
Our gowns are made-to-order and take around 6 months (not including shipping time). We recommend purchasing your wedding gown a minimum of 8 months before your wedding date to allow ample time for alterations.
Are you able to accommodate rush orders?
We can accommodate rush orders at additional costs. Please contact your retailer for applicable fees. For orders needed in less than 16 weeks, please email us at info@chantellauren.com before ordering.
How can I find out the status of my dress?
If you are working with a boutique, we recommend checking in with them as they will have a good idea when to expect your dress shipment. When you order with us online, we will provide an approximate shipment date. We are unable to provide status updates throughout the production process.
Can you create larger sizes?

How do I know what size I am?
To determine your correct size in a Chantel Lauren gown, you will need your bust, waist, and hip measurements. Your bust measurement can be obtained by wrapping a tape measure around the chest and over the nipples. Your waist measurement can be obtained by measuring the smallest part of the torso.
