Chantel Lauren gowns ship internationally from Salt Lake City, Utah.

 

A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon dispatch. Orders within USA ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx. International orders ship via DHL.

Please note that the shipping price does not include duties, and Chantel Lauren is not responsible for customs and/or duties associated with your shipment. All international shipments may be subject to additional costs. We advise looking into your country's specific import duties and taxes to ensure there are no surprises upon delivery.

 

Returns

Made-to-Order

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Luckily, bridal alterations are available in most major cities!

 

Ready to Wear

Ready-to-wear pieces are eligible for exchange, or shop credit is available within 7 days of you receiving your package. If you need help with an exchange or shop credit, contact info@chantellauren.com Subject: Exchange with your order number.

Items must be in original condition, free of makeup, marks , and stains, and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. Try on all items as soon as you receive them to ensure you can exchange items within our specified 7-day timeframe.

Chantel Lauren is not responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Sample Sale

All Sales are FINAL, consider this before making your sample sale purchase. If you have questions about an item, email info@chantellauren.com before your purchase.

 

Return Shipping

In the event of a manufacturing error, return postage will be paid by Chantel Lauren. However, in the event of sizing, a change of mind, or event cancellation, you will be liable for any additional postage to return your item.
